Photos on booking site are deceptive Positive: If you're touring places like Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park or Piccadilly Circus this location is ideal as it's 5 min walk to Earl's Court which sits on the Piccadilly line making access to those venues quite easy. Negative: When making a booking the pictures on view didn't represent the room I had. The bathroom was almost too small to open and close the door. In fact the attached picture shows just how tight it is. I literally had to stand against the window wall to get in and out of the bathroom. Zero chance of washing your face in the sink with the door closed. The bed was very small for a double and the mattress too soft. Two people sharing that bed makes for poor sleeps. The pictures on the booking site show rooms with massive spaces... Common areas... There was no reference to the fact the room I was looking at was indeed the smallest room on the portfolio and also the last of many many photos on the website. The room above leaked water down the wall and flooded our floor with a puddle soaking our bags. The bathroom is looked in on by surrounding rooms so opening the window makes for an awkward view. This room should be identified to people booking as looking through the pictures on the booking site very much presents a deceptive opinion. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again as a result.

Excellent Positive: Clean & tidy and great value for money Negative: Nothing to mention, what was said was definitely on the tin.
