Peaceful 2 Bed Flat in Canary Wharf By the Canal

Positive: It's close to the proximity of everything, a good spacious apartment Negative: No grill pan for cooking bacon, no dishwasher tablets, not enough utensils not enough folks.

The place is in good size but old and rundown. Could do with some refurbishing, the carpet is old and tatty. Strong smel Positive: Close to the station and by the quay Negative: Run down, very strong smell of cooking as we entered the unit.

Apartment is unfit for purpose Positive: Nothing to like about the property and customer service is very poor. Negative: Black mould on the walls. Stench of mould in the property. Bathroom floor is sinking and full of mould. I complained immediately but customer service was very poor. Customer service confirmed they would investigate my complaint but did not get back to me. I escalated the matter through Booking.com's Resolution Centre to pursue a chargeback/Section 75 claim on the basis that the accommodation was not provided to a reasonable standard / as described and waiting for a response.

Ottimo Hotel per visitare Manchester Positive: Personale gentile e disponibile, pulizia, camere non spaziosissime ma accoglienti, colazione ricca e varia, posizione non centralissima ma in pochi minuti a piedi sei al centro. Negative: Unica pecca nelle camere c’è un piccolissimo spazio per appendere i vestiti e non c’è uno sgabello per poggiare le valigie, noi abbiamo soggiornato 1 notte quindi non abbiamo avuto problemi ma se fossimo stati più giorni avremmo avuto l’esigenza di appendere vestiti e lo spazio sarebbe stato insufficiente per 3 persone.

Positive: The apartment is big and the location is perfect. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. Overall a great place to stay. Negative: There are some issues already brought to attention from previous guests that really need to be fixed: shower head and strange and wobbly floor in one of the bathrooms, the window that goes to the balcony in the lounge need to be fixed… it’s just a small effort that will make a huge difference and give you a 10!
