My advice: book somewhere else Negative: We stayed for four nights in Apartment 3 on the upper floor, and it was disappointing. There is truly no love in this place! The "complimentary coffee" shown in the pictures consisted of just two Costa Latte pods and three teabags. There was no salt, no pepper, no nothing - except for dirty plates, pots, and cutlery. The shower has very low water pressure. While that's not unusual for London, it's well below standard here. Plus, the showerhead falls off the wall if you even touch it. The beds are okay, but relatively small for two adults. On the bright side: we were provided with enough toilet paper, which is always important! Also, be careful: after we had some "little visitors" at night eating our crisps, I was told we weren't allowed to leave the windows open. At 30°C, that is simply impossible. Expecting guests to risk heatstroke because opening a window is forbidden (unless you sit there full-time guarding it from pests) is ridiculous!
