Bedbugs, mice, dirty, loud, no WiFi (and hot/low ventilation) Negative: Beware - the apartment has a bad case of bedbugs. We had to leave after the first night and quarantine all clothing worn while there. We had visible bugs on our clothes after just a few hours. On top of that there was a mouse in the kitchen (and you don’t generally just have one). The location is on a busy high street across from a hospital- so opening the windows is not an option if you need to sleep. There’s always people standing in the doorway while trying to enter the building, most smoking which is uncomfortable, and it smells pretty bad.

Serious Bed bugs infestation, please be very careful before booking! Positive: 5 mins walk to the Whitechapel underground tube station, mosque within a 1 min walk. Tesco around the corner. Negative: Unfortunately, this stay turned what was supposed to be an enjoyable short break with our children into an absolute nightmare. There was a serious bed bug infestation in the apartment. After discovering the problem, I then saw recent negative reviews from other guests also mentioning bed bugs, which I had unfortunately missed before booking. Given those previous reports, I simply cannot understand why this apartment was still being offered to guests without the issue being fully resolved. When we raised the infestation, we were even told that the hot weather had caused the bed bugs to become more active. I found this explanation completely unacceptable. Regardless of the weather, guests should not be placed in accommodation with a known or suspected bed bug problem. The apartment should have been taken out of use until it had been professionally treated and confirmed infestation-free. The worst part was the impact on our young son. He slept on the sofa bed and was left covered in multiple bites and suffering from an itchy rash. I have attached photographs showing what he was left with. Seeing our son like this was extremely upsetting and completely ruined our family break. We asked to be moved to alternative accommodation but were told there was nowhere available for us and were directed towards Booking.com instead. I was unable to get through to Booking.com that night, which left us with no realistic alternative but to spend another night in the apartment. My wife and I ended up giving our bed to our son because of what had happened to him on the sofa bed. The ordeal didn't end when we checked out either. We then spent hours taking precautions with our belongings because we were terrified of bringing bed bugs back into our family home. We can only hope that we haven't brought the infestation home with us, as having to deal with a bed bug infestation throughout our own property would cause further disruption and potentially significant pest-control...

Hyvät kulkuyhteydet ja tilava asunto. Positive: Asunto oli tilava ja siisti. Keittiöstä löytyi hyvin astioita. Negative: Asunnon ovessa oleva älylukko oli hankala käyttää. Asuntoon kuului 24h todella selvästi liikenteen ja hälytysajoneuvojen äänet. Asunnossa oli myös melko paha jyrsijä ongelma josta ilmoitimme asunnon vuokraajalle jo ensimmäisenä päivänä. Hiiriä oli paljon ja keittiön tasoilla ei voinut säilyttää mitään ja tasot oli aamuisin hiiren jätöksiä täynnä.
