Urban Comfort in Vibrant Whitechapel

Horrible, not clean & unfit for purpose Positive: Nothing Negative: We booked this apartment in October 2026 and spent 1.5 hours in before leaving. On entering the building there were rat traps in every corner and even on the stair going up ..when entering the apartment a little scraggy around the edges but nothing we were too worried about, draws missing shelf nearly off the wall however the walls were mucky and at first thought they were bogies but then on closer look they were bugs and looked very much like bed bugs … we then pulled back bedding to find a live one on the mattress, the. We found pest rat traps even in the apartment so That topped it for us, especially as we had my 18 month old with us and they knew this as they had put up a cot for us .. we then spent more money on trying to find somewhere that had room and space for us as we needed two rooms, which cost us triple what we paid for this place and a lot of tears and stress when we had traveled a long way . Safe to say I will not recommend this place not even to a homeless person !!

Pitiful. Positive: There were 4 walls and a roof over our head and that’s about it. Bare minimum. Negative: Bed bugs, Bed bugs, Bed bugs. My son and daughter were bitten by them and we saw them crawling on the couch. Absolutely disgusting. Just abysmal. Pitiful. And as if that weren’t disgusting enough, there were BOOGERS on the back of the pillows on the couch. Who even cleans this place. Surely they couldn’t give a damn about checking the cleanliness of where the guests lay their head. I’m talking snot rockets straight from someone’s nose. Boulders, even. Boogers on the wall too. What kind of operation are you people running over there. Fix this. Disgraceful.

Bedbugs, mice, dirty, loud, no WiFi (and hot/low ventilation) Negative: Beware - the apartment has a bad case of bedbugs. We had to leave after the first night and quarantine all clothing worn while there. We had visible bugs on our clothes after just a few hours. On top of that there was a mouse in the kitchen (and you don’t generally just have one). The location is on a busy high street across from a hospital- so opening the windows is not an option if you need to sleep. There’s always people standing in the doorway while trying to enter the building, most smoking which is uncomfortable, and it smells pretty bad.

Buona solo la posizione! Positive: Solo la posizione Negative: La pulizia per la presenza di topi e cimici sui divani e tappeti che si attaccano ai vestiti. Gli asciugamani assolutamente insufficienti per 4 persone e per i giorni di soggiorno. Anche la sicurezza ha lasciato molto a desiderare in quanto le finestre non si bloccavano dall’interno. Inoltre all’interno delle scale era costante una puzza terribile e irrespirabile
