Needs a good clean, Painting a lot if maintenance at least or R Positive: Location Negative: We booked this apartment through bookings.com for 5 nights and still have 2 nights to go but have moved on as ot was dreadful I just looked at all your pictures for the property which makes it look great. Which it is definitely not. This gives little confidence to book any of your properties. Overall summary - dreadful - worst place I have ever stayed at. Needs a good clean, Painting a lot if maintenance at least or Renovating. ARRIVAL. Had to go nearly a mile to get key at the vape shop, Arrived at unit 3.15pm - matius from brazil still cleaning so had to go out and come back BATHROOM - flithy bath , mould on shower curtain and around bath. Rusty soap holder, rusty hand rail, Hole in sink covered with loose strainer. Toilet filthy stain in the bottom of bowl- unable to be cleaned with brush. BEDROOM - unable to get in on one side as too close to sloped wall. Had to move small cabinet and push whole bed over to access. Wardrobe full of clutter- unusable. Wardrobe edge and track dirty and damaged. Boiler cupboard - not closed off, panel no longer there. Pipes exposed. Window sill - damage, walls grubby. Small animal noise in ceiling. HALL - floorboard failing. grubby, threadbare carpet on stairs. Wall damage LOUNGE -water leaking across floor from radiator. Cleaner definitely would have seen this. Very dirty radiator pipes and floor edging. WiFi cupboard broken. Floor edging coming away from wall. Grubby KITCHEN Floor failing. Extractor fan filthy. Cupboards door old- water swell and some of edging missing. Grout missing tiles dirty, grubby walls. I will be requesting a partial refund from bookings.com

Świetna baza wypadowa, żeby zwiedzić całe miasto. Dobrze skomunikowane, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Cicha okolica, a w Positive: Świetna lokalizacja. Negative: Trzeba samemu włączyć boiler, żeby rozgrzać mieszkanie i mieć ciepłą wodę. Może być to wyzwanie dla osoby, która się na tym nie zna.

Positive: El departamento era confortable y acorde para una estadía de 3 noches. Negative: Que las llaves del departamento se entreguen en otro domicilio distinto al lugar donde uno quiere llegar. Máxime que uno llega con el equipaje.

Great stay. Friendly staff Positive: Great location. Nice and warm during winter Negative: Small details but took a while to work out the hot water in the shower
