Spacious Double Room Near Buckingham Palace

Beside the bedding problems, we enjoyed the location. Positive: Great location. Negative: Bed Mattress is not comfortable, sliding from middle to the side… pillows are far too flat.

Globalement satisfaite de la prestation. Positive: Spacieux, bien situé. Negative: La Clim est très difficile à modifier. Heureusement, il y avait un chauffage d’appoint.

Positive: The location is incredible. It's right by Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station, so it's very central and easy to jump on public transport to get around. The room is also quite spacious, so there was plenty of room to stretch out. Negative: The room wasn't as clean as I was hoping for. The cushions on the couch and chairs had marks (you could tell they really needed a steam clean), and there was a part of the carpet that had a wet spot. Above that spot on the ceiling, there are some cracks, so I'm wondering if maybe there's a leak.
