Posizione top! Positive: Struttura in un’ottima posizione: vicina a molte attrazioni turistiche e alla fermata di molte linee metro/bus. Lontana però dal caos delle vie turistiche che la costeggiano: la piazzetta in cui è situata e molto tranquilla con bakery e ristoranti a due passi. Stanza molto ampia, con un bagno davvero grande e comodo. In linea generale per gli standard di Londra anche abbastanza pulita! Self check-in comodo e il fatto di non dover portarsi in giro le chiavi è ottimo! Negative: Alcune parti della stanza sono molto rovinate e quindi abbassano il percepito della bella struttura. Consiglierei di ritinteggiare i muri, le porte, e sistemare le piastrelle del bagno perché la maggior parte sono rotte. La moquette a terra è piena piena di macchie. Le finestre della camera purtroppo non si aprivano (o meglio, solo una ma davvero pochissimo), impedendo quindi di far entrare aria in stanza (che non dispone di aria condizionata, quindi in giornate calde fa caldo).

Positive: very spacious and i was surprised to see that there was a bathtub in my en-suite bathroom. apartment area was peaceful and convenient to the tube station. lots to eat nearby. check-in was quick and simple, instructions were easy to follow. Negative: carpets and furniture looked dated and as a result the place didn’t feel as clean as i would’ve liked it to be. wished that there could be luggage drop off service- i personally couldn’t justify having to pay additional costs on my own for stasher as recommended by the property

Exceptional Location, but the Interior Needs an Upgrade Positive: I had a mixed experience at the Imperial Victoria Hotel. On the positive side, the location is unbeatable. It is surrounded by great cafes and restaurants, and most major attractions, train stations, and tube stops are within easy walking distance. The facilities are also quite practical—there is a communal kitchen available for guests, as well as a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. Additionally, the bathroom/shower area was surprisingly spacious. Negative: the room comfort was disappointing. It was extremely cold during my stay; even with the window shut, there was a significant draft. The property is in desperate need of a complete renovation. The floors, sofa, and mattress all felt very old and worn out. It definitely requires a deep clean, or better yet, a full replacement of the furniture.

While the room is quite nice and spacious, they could do more to improve cleanliness overall. Positive: Good location in a nice and quiet area. The bed was very comfortable (except for the pillows), spacious bathroom. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Negative: The towels had black marks on them and didn't seem well washed. Additionally, there were not enough towels, only two big ones for the shower and no smaller ones. The carpet was not clean and had stains all over it. We only stayed for one night, but had we had to stay longer in London, we would have changed hotels.
