Charming Double Bedroom Near Buckingham Palace

Imperial victoria Positive: Location, comfy bed Negative: No kettle in room, stairs Dirty pants in drawer

Positive: The location, the cleanliness, the beautiful kitchen, the nice bedroom and bathroom. Negative: It does not have a lift, not even for the luggage. We were assigned a room in the top floor, level 3. I have chronic asthma and bad knees, while my hubby has bad knees. Going up 3 sets of stairs while dragging a 15kg suitcase was no fun at all. The kitchen was really really nice and the laundry was a big bonus. But it was all located on the ground floor. To make tea or coffee everyday we had to go up and down 3 sets of stairs. It was a struggle for me.

Negative: I called two days in advance to request access to the room at 9:30 a.m., and this was confirmed to me. However, when I arrived, I was told that the room was occupied and that I could not access it before 3:00 p.m. After paying an extra £15 to be able to enter at noon, I was informed at 1:00 p.m. that I could enter. I then had to wait for about half an hour in front of the room because the code I had been given was incorrect. Terrible management!

Fiz tudo a pé. É literalmente do lado do Palácio Buckingham. Fica em uma praça muito agradável. Eu recomendo.
