Comfort Corner Room with Patio, Near Buckingham Palace

Positive: Posizione ottima, permette di girare quasi tutta a piedi la città verso i principali punti di interesse. Assistenza via chat rapida e servizio clienti attento e gentile. Camera e bagno puliti e accoglienti. Negative: Non è possibile lasciare i bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out, ma ci sono molti negozi accanto che fanno questo servizio. Il letto non era comodissimo.

Eccellente posizione, ma qualcosa da migliorare... Positive: Punto forte è la zona centralissima, vicino alla stazione Victoria e a fermate bus. Zona servitissima, a due passi da Buckingham Palace. Staff cortese e disponibile. Negative: Da rivedere un po' di più la pulizia per rendere l'ambiente ancora più confortevole.

Not Again Positive: Location is good for rail journey from Gatwick to Victoria station. Negative: We are a fit, but aged , couple. There is no reception staff. Everything must be done by text/Whatsapp. The property front door requires a digital code and a very difficult front door manouvre. Not helpful in inclement weather. The door to the room was a digital manipulation nightmare. Most unfriendly. Although there are tea/coffee in the room, there is no jug & no cups/mugs. It requires traipsing up a flight of narrow stairs to a communal kitchen to boil water and then bring cups with hot contents down the stairs to the room. Primitive. There are no glasses for water consumption in the room. How is anybody meant to consume medications or quench their thirst? Again, primitive. All of this for a cost of more than £200 per night. We are world travelled. This was very poor.
