Comfortable room near Buckingham Palace

I'd definitely stay at this property again. Positive: Great communication, superb location, clean, comfortable and clear and easy instructions to follow for checkin and checkout.

Positive: The location is close to train and coach station Negative: There is not even a kettle and mugs inside the room though coffee us supplied. There is a common kitchen but not very convenient if you just want a coffee or tea. It said ground floor when booked, but actually it is basement and need to struggle the luggages with stairs. Lot of bugs inside the room even though all windows were closed already. There is only one single power point to use and all bedside lights cannot be plugged in, just decor.
