Enttäuschend
Positive: Die Lage und der Balkon.
Negative: Es roch im gesamten Haus unangenehm. Die Schlüssel waren zur Abholung nicht bereit, obwohl wir in dem riesigen Gebäude Recht allein zu sein schienen.
Die Schlafsofas waren unbequem und dreckig.
Das Badezimmer war spartanisch und nicht sauber. Dort konnte man auch nichts ablegen.

Positive: Appartamento in una zona tranquilla, con tutte le comodità che servono per una vacanza. Sono presenti diversi negozi e ristoranti raggiungibili in poco tempo a piedi. È, ben collegato con il resto della città.
Negative: L'appartamento se pur accogliente, pulito e con tutto quello che serve per una vacanza in tranquillità avrebbe bisogno di alcuni interventi di manutenzione (e.g. apertura finestre malfunzionanti, balcone da liberare da.cose inutili).

Very old interior and needs refurbishment
Super strange shower equipment which is not easy to regulate (either too hot, or too cold, every time you go to shower you have to find best appropriate settings)
Outdoor area is very dirty
Water leakage in whole block - so be careful not to end up like us waking up and realizing that there NO water it all, dealing after with plumber and receiving ZERO tolerance from landlord and real estate management team. We were forced to leave apartment at 11 (at normal check-out time) disregarding that we had flight in few hours and should find the shop (mind you there are no mini markets or supermarkets nearby) from where to get 5lt bottles of water at least to be able to prepare to the airport. We politely asked many times to give us at least additional hour to be able to complete preparations and management keeps calling us via phone forcing to leave flat asap. At 11.20 we left receiving constant messages and calls from the team to leave ASAP. In addition, when plumber visit the flat and tried to fix water - he opened storage room which had a lock on it - where the heater boiler is located. After we left the flat - management had called me insisting to “Why have I opened the storage room and that I have no rights to do so!” So they blamed us in opening room where water heater is located, also plumber had said that boiler is damaged and showed photos that is in very bad condition.
You can find much better of property options within same budget.
PS Prior to this accident management staff was responsive and polite.
