A Spacious Retreat in vibrant Whitechapel

Positive: Prima uitvalbasis. Royaal met 5 personen. Dichtbij metrostation Negative: De slaapkamers liggen aan de straatkant naast een ziekenhuis. Veel ambulances. De verwarming was niet goed te regelen. Ons gebrand aan radiator in badkamer. Douchen in bad erg glad. De rolgordijnen lieten veel ligt door. Geen materialen om af te wassen. Dwingende communicatie met personeel, reageerden wel snel.

No warm water, noisy and MICE! Positive: The apartments were close to the nearest underground station. The bedrooms were big so no problem fitting suitcases. Possible to check in late because it was a hands free check in. Negative: The address given to us by message did not work in google maps so nothing came up. I had to go to the booking site to find the adress, which was fine. When we got there we didn't know what the outside looked like so we ended up trying our code on the neightbour door, and it actually opened, so we thought it was correct. When our apartment code didn't work we thought something was wrong and tried calling, but the operation hours were over so we thought we might be locked out all night. When we finally realised we were in the wrong building we managed to get into our own apartment. I think having the samecode for multiple outside doors is a bit of a safety issue. When we got to our apartment there was no warm water, I contacted the apartment via booking and got sent a video to fix the boiler myself. Luckily we managed to do that, but when we removed the cover for the boiler pipes we found mouse dropping behind it. Not cool... The noise in the bedrooms are insanely loud. There are many sirens and talking, honking, you name it. You can hear EVERYTHING! So do NOT come here if you're a light sleeper. We will unfortunetly not be coming back here.

Positive: Dużo miejsca, blisko metro. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem Negative: Hałas. W nocy jest bardzo głośno. Okna są nieszczelne
