Great location, clean apartment, helpful support team — we had a very comfortable family stay and would happily come bac Positive: The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and central London attractions. We stayed as a family and felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The support team was also very responsive and easy to reach whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again if I visit London in the future Negative: The only downside was that the rooms facing the street could be a bit noisy at night due to traffic and city sounds. Other than that, everything was great.

Positive: The apartment was clean spacious and everything we needed was provided. It was an easy check in, the location is brilliant, just where we needed to be. Thank you to the staff Negative: There wasnt much I didn't like about this apartment. The only thing I would say are the beds are a little old and creaky but that's something that can be remedied.
