Don’t go to this place. Rats. Negative: On our first day of holidays, we had to spend the whole morning at home because the door locker wasn’t working, and it wasn’t fixed until after we called five times. On the second day, we woke up to find all our food on the kitchen floor. there were rats, and they had gotten into our bags to eat our food. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there.

Positive: Le logement est très bien situé, pas au centre certes mais à 5 mn de trois lignes de métro. Nous avions deux logements pour 12, bien équipés, nous avons pu partager nos repas ensemble le soir dans un des logement. Matelas un peu mou pour papy mamy mais pour les autres ça allait. Rue un peu bruyante pour ceux qui dorment de ce côté. Franchement nous avons été en majorité très contents de cette location qui restait malgré tout accessible financièrement par rapport à d'autres. Le contact très facile et rapide avec les propriétaires. Le descriptif tout à fait conforme à l'offre. Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander si besoin.

Good enough for a short (business) trip to London Positive: Check-in was easy and straightforward. The facilities were sufficient for our stay, the beds were comfortable (lots of cushions, though the beds squeaked) and the kitchen was well-equipped for simple meals. The location was close to an underground station (Elizabeth Line) which was convenient for getting around the city. Overall, the accommodation is a good base for exploring London. Negative: The accommodation is located on a busy road near a hospital and the windows are single-glazed, so the bedroom facing the street was quite noisy at night (the other two bedrooms didn't really have this issue). It was around 30°C during our stay and there was no air conditioning, only fans, which wasn't really enough to keep the apartemtent cool. The beds were also quite squeaky. We also found some leftover trash from a previous guest in one of the bedrooms. Another small inconvenience was that we couldn't find compatible coffee pads for the coffee machine in the supermarket, so we couldn't use it - but there are plenty of café's in the neighbourhood.
