A Victorian Haven-Walk away from Victoria Station

It was nothing like the explanation on Booking.com Positive: Nothing. Unsafe front for left open, other people’s mail thrown on the floor in the hall way, it has been there for some time. Mouldy and smelly. Negative: As above. We did not stay. I have lodged a dispute which I am waiting for an answer and if the answer is not favourable, due to my profession in law I will be taking this further.

Great location but in need of a deep clean and decor upgrade Positive: Location great. Prompt communication with owners. Negative: Lack of cleanliness and very dated decor. Stains on furniture, dust in corners. Dust all over fans and hairdryer - looks like they’ve never been cleaned. Dishwasher over-flowing so unusable. Shower door very narrow.
