Stylish 2 Bedroom Apartment in Westminster

Positive: Location was great, easy access, close to everything we wanted to see Negative: No tea coffee, welcome drink/water , sugar, salt etc in kitchen. Like in Europe, we were expecting some basic things in the kitchen. The fan was broken in one room

Positive: Location Negative: No airco, so windows had to be opened. Busy road thus noisy-specially with open windows. Certain furniture items were loose , wardrobe wasn’t attached to the wall at all -not safe with kids.

Aside from needing a few small fittings/repairs, this is a lovely property and welcoming stay! Positive: The location can’t be beat! Really lovely part of town, pretty close to stations, really close to Regency Cafe. Layout of the place is nice- very clean and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very well-stocked with cups and dishes. Negative: It really needs some TLC. Not major reno work necessarily, but repairing the windows (ropes are fraying), fixing the soap fixtures in the bathroom (breaking under weight of the soap), replacing the broken fan in the front room, ensuring that both bedroom doors can close as one physically cannot shut as it doesn’t fit into the frame. The stairs were a bit uneven, and it was hard to notice due to the carpeting.

Positive: Emplacement idéal dans un quartier sûr. Cafés et restaurants à proximité. L'appartement est grand en duplex avec une belle cuisine, un salon et 2 chambres. Negative: Un peu bruyant en été peut-être si les fenêtres doivent être ouvertes.
