Homely 2 Bedroom flat in Earls Court -4th floor

Very convenient location. Very clean & bedrooms were very comfortable. Positive: N/A Negative: The 4 flights of stairs would be very difficult if we had suit cases. The water pressure dropped at night & on one of the nights it went off completely.

Great stay, book! Positive: Really nice stay at this property. Pro’s: good facilities (2 fans in both rooms, dishwasher, iron etc), really comfy beds, clean, modern, value for money. 2 double beds and a sofa bed. Literally opposite Earl’s Court tube station (the District & Piccadilly Line) where you can quickly get around, nearby high-street with shops and restaurants. Nearby co-op, and Sainsbury’s. I felt really safe in this area as a woman. Management were really quick at responding to queries and paid £25 for an early check in (1pm instead of 3pm). Collected and returned key from local shop where you just gave them a code. I was told my check in details and where to collect the key from at 12:45, so very organised. I’d 100% stay here again. Very pretty neighbourhood. Went in July and the apartment wasn’t too hot as theres plenty windows where you get a breeze. However, i’d probably try and find a similar apartment with this agency without the stairs. Negative: Cons: Top floor of i’d say is 5 story building. There’s no lift, as expected for a dated building. Do not book this unless you can climb the flight of stairs. They are steep and is about 6 flights. We had luggage with us and really struggled. I’ve seen reviews complaining about the noise. There was some noise but this wasn’t unbearable, and the windows were open. Kind of expected in London.

Decent Positive: Location is very convenient, just 3 mins walk from Earl court station. But security at night didn’t feel that safe as there are many foreigners wandering around. (Bangladesh, Vietnamese, Middle East and etc) Negative: No evaluator and it is hard to carry luggage to level 4 although imperial stated that very clearly in the advert. Also, no air conditional. Other seasons should be good but not for summer. Summer in London sometimes is very hot. The staff was very nice, she told us to buy a stand fan from a nearby electronically shop and reimburse from them later on. Have submitted but hasn’t received even after 7 working days. Hope they will keep to their promise.

Positive: Le gente que administra el lugar. Muy amables y además tuvimos una experiencia tremenda: olvidamos un billetera con mucho dinero y ellos la recuperaron y guardaron hasta que volvimos a Londres. No faltó absolutamente nada. Muchas gracias Negative: La entrada al edificio estaba sucia. El living que se hacía cama es demasiado ruidoso

Apartamento muy bien situado en Londres Positive: Lo que más me gustó del sitio es la ubicación. Se encuentra muy cerca de la parada de metro Earl's Court, en la linea Picadilly, y tiene ascensor (muy cómodo si vienes con carritos o muchas maletas). Está línea te comunica directamente con el aeropuerto de Heathrow. También me gustó mucho la comunicación con el personal, muy fluida y amable. Si tienes niños, te pueden dejar una cuna. Negative: No me gustó mucho la cocina, que no estaba muy limpia y todo está bastante poco cuidado. Hay armarios/cajones que no se pueden abrir o cerrar bien. Creo que le vendría bien una reforma.
