Would not stay again Positive: - Negative: We stayed for only two nights, so we tried not to focus too much on the issues, but unfortunately there were too many to ignore. I booked a studio apartment, but we were given a room one floor below that had a noticeable damp/musty smell. Before our stay, when I asked about changing the room, I was told that I would need to cancel my reservation and make a new one. The bathroom shelves were dirty, the glasses were not clean, the bed was very uncomfortable, the hairdryer was not working, and the bathroom sink was blocked, so we constantly had to wait for the water to drain. We reported these issues on the first day. Before replacing the broken hairdryer, we were even asked to send a video showing that it was not working. To be fair, they did eventually replace the hairdryer, clean the room and bathroom shelves, and wash the glasses. The following day, they also contacted us asking whether someone could enter the room to check the blocked sink, but as we were already leaving that day, we did not pursue it further. I would normally have given a much lower rating considering the condition of the room, but I am giving 4/10 because they did make an effort to resolve some of the issues after we complained. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.
