Elite Haven: Luxe Airbnb Retreat

A spacious apartment (with a huge bath) in a great location (but in need of some TLC) Positive: - Fantastic location - Seamless and easy check in process - Spacious apartment with everything you should need for a few nights. - HUGE bath- definitely the best thing about this property! - Super clean Negative: - On check in, we were informed that there was a portable heater to heat the apartment. For this price, at the very least I would expect heating and not have to huddle around a plug in heater until the apartment warmed up (never had this before and thought it was very unusual). When I asked about the heating I was simply told ‘they were not in use’. The portable heater did eventually suffice and heat up the apartment. - The walls and floorboards seem to be made from paper and can be very noisey if you have people above you. We got very little sleep on our first night as sounded like someone checking in/ coming home at 1:00am and proceeded to walk around/ move suitcases above us until 4:00am and it sounded like they were in the room with us! - Apartment is also in need of some TLC lots of marks on the walls/ could do with a paint. Little things like towel holders fallen off and not replaced, missing plug hole in the sink (minor things but for what we paid I would expect these little things/ touches to be sorted).

Positive: The location couldn’t be better, loved ittttt

Positive: Excellent communication with the host Very large room Very convenient location Negative: It can be noisy, we were not disturbed though, the nights were quiet enough

Sehr schön Positive: Gute Lage, guter Style , sauber Negative: Sehr hellhörig, keine gut isolierten Fenster

Good location…more facilities than a hotel room just need to improve a few things. Positive: Location was good . Instructions good. Majority of equipment good. Negative: One chair was unusable, they did offer to inspect it but that suggested we had damaged it and would have restricted our privacy to have a host visit. Other niggly things , no plug in bathroom sink, wardrobe but no drawers for clothes…water very low pressure…. Generally gave us a feeling it could be better.
