Elite Haven: Luxe Airbnb Retreat

Good location…more facilities than a hotel room just need to improve a few things. Positive: Location was good . Instructions good. Majority of equipment good. Negative: One chair was unusable, they did offer to inspect it but that suggested we had damaged it and would have restricted our privacy to have a host visit. Other niggly things , no plug in bathroom sink, wardrobe but no drawers for clothes…water very low pressure…. Generally gave us a feeling it could be better.

Positive: Lovely apartment in a lovely area.

Positive: Lugar moderno.

Positive: Apartment was huge with lots of space in both the main room and the bathroom. Big bath and separate shower enclosure, decent water pressure in the shower. Kitchen facilities were enough for what we needed, bed comfortable, a fan was provided which was needed in the heatwave. Location was excellent, 10 minutes from Baker Street tube, 5 minutes to the bus stops and the 139 took 15 minutes into the city centre. Plenty of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Must also commend the remote staff on their communication via message and phone which was excellent both before and during the stay, thank you. Negative: Facilities were sufficient but just basic, no decoration or flair except for one picture on the wall. One other thing which lots of apartments and hotels miss - there is no mirror within reach of a socket for a hairdryer or tongs, partner had to use her phone screen to do her hair.

Negative: There were no face washcloths No plugs for blow drying in the bathroom
