Luxury Studio near Baker Street

Great apartment and location but noisy upstairs neighbor due to poor insulation Positive: The apartment was modern and clean. It's a short walk from both Baker Street tube station and Marylebone tube/train station. Lots of restaurants in the area. Negative: Unfortunately, the floorboards in the building creak a lot. This was problematic for me because I am a light sleeper and the people upstairs came home at 10:30 pm every night and walked around until late, 1:30 am sometimes 2 am which meant I wasn't able to sleep due to the floorboards creaking and the thumping caused by the footsteps.

Location was perfect! Positive: The location was amazing! And the property was very clean and the bathroom was lovely. The host was very helpful and was only a message away! Negative: Although the bed was uncomfortable and you could hear footsteps very loudly from upstairs

Brilliantly located between Marylebone and Baker Street with easy village access and a great Crawford Street laundromat Positive: Great location between Marylebone & Baker st tube (very close to Marylebone tube/station) . Easy walk to Marylebone Village . Crawford St laundromat & corner shops around the corner . The laundromat is essential if needing to launder clothes . We were in Studio 4, ground floor with a huge private bathroom. Negative: Bedding - it comfortable . poor quality double mattress & very flat old pillows that really need to be changed Too Hot - bedroom window won’t open. Bathroom window does. Can’t turn off the heating in bathroom. Noisy - poor sound insulation of walls and floors . Studio 4 on ground floor so hear the noise of other residents/ guests leaving / entering. Also lots of noise from room able. Washing Machine - unusable . Mould infested & cleaners are washing dirty cloths and sponges in it. & then dry that in the dryer. Spend the £12 to wash and dry at the Central Wash Laundrette at Crawford St. Cooking - almost everything supplied except for a kitchen glove to use the stove , no can opener, no bottle opener.
