A bit disappointed by the lower ground floor and radiator broken, but good reactivity from staff Positive: Location Quick response from staff Cleanliness Negative: Radiator did not work and room was very cold, but portable radiator was provided The flat is in lower ground floor The Checkin process is cumbersome

Positive: L’emplacement est parfait à 5mn du métro Baker street, l’entrée facile avec le digicode, la propreté de la chambre. Negative: Le radiateur était cassé, il y en avait 2 d’appoints dans le placard, ce qui nous a sauvé mais ce n’est quand même pas pratique. La salle de bains est vraiment minuscule : grosse corpulence s’abstenir. L’isolation est inexistante : on entend les pas du dessus et les bruits d’à côté.

Molto indicato per la posizione, per quanto riguarda i comfort interni alla stanza, insomma… Positive: Pozione Negative: Materasso e cuscini da rivedere, molto scomodi. Bagno troppo piccolo tanto che il termosifone era praticamente attaccato al wc e se non ci si faceva attenzione ci si scottava. Il lavandino giusto per lavarsi i denti e basta
