Central 2BD next to Liverpool street station

Positive: La struttura è dotata di tutte le comodità ed è in un ottima posizione a due passi da metro e bus. Consigliatissima per chi vuole avere i collegamenti sotto casa Negative: Unica pecca la zona è molto movimentata di sera e qualche rumore di troppo si avverte

Perfect location for a London break Positive: Brilliant location. So easy to get to from KX. Central location. Good vibe in the area. Close to Liverpool Street station. Negative: Property is tired and needs a bit of work. Laminate flooring needs to be fixed. General cleanliness needs to be addressed. Stale bagels in kitchen cupboard when we arrived. Lamp not working in back bedroom. Couldn’t fill kitchen sink as plug didn’t work. Very few coat hangers. Nothing major and so easy to resolve. I stripped one bed and mattress protector had definitely not been washed for a while. This needs to be done on every changeover. Lots of dust on bathroom walls near ceiling.

Would definitely stay here again Positive: Previously stayed at the one bedroom 'Imperial' apartment which is exceptional. This 2 bedroom is also very good but a little tired-a recent water leak has damaged the floor which is due replacement. However I would not hesitate to stay here again. The location is perfect for exploring the whole of London. As stated the pub deliveries can be noisy very early in the morning but we already knew that. The actual pub noise in the evening was that noticeable. Negative: Early waking from delivery noise but was expected. Disappointed that floor surface was damaged but swift reply to concerns from owners/managers. No lift to first floor (there is one at the one bedroom apartment) but this was mentioned in the property description so it wasn't a surprise.
