Had a lovely stay would recommend to friends Positive: Location was great. Apartment was clean. It had everything you need for a short stay. Negative: WiFi was very hit and miss. No tv channels, so when using apps Tv kept stopping because of the WiFi.

Positive: Location Negative: The accommodation did not meet my expectations. There is no bidet. The bathroom is extremely small—it's practically impossible to move around or place anything inside. The tiny rectangular sink is virtually useless. I doubt that anyone overweight could use this bathroom comfortably. The staircase to access the apartment is very steep, with 60 steps. The kitchen lacks basic supplies such as paper towels, salt, or a disposable sponge. The window opens from the bottom and is extremely dangerous for children. Additionally, there are rectangular emergency exit signs that stay on all night, lighting up the bedroom as if it were daytime. It is hard to imagine a worse place to stay.

Unless they provide true comfort for the guest they cannot be rated above than 5. Secondly they should reduce their room Positive: Location near to Tube station and eateries around the location Negative: Bed size was too small for couple and no cleaning equipment and extra towels, tissues & garbage bags inside. In addition property needs lot of improvements. Its lobby looks like abandoned home.
