Extremely Disappointing Stay – Absolutely Not Worth the Price Positive: Extremely Disappointing Stay – Absolutely Not Worth the Price This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. I booked three rooms for my stay, and considering the extremely high price we paid, the quality of the accommodation and service was completely unacceptable. 1. Small, dirty rooms and outdated furniture The rooms were cramped, not properly clean, and furnished with old, worn-out furniture. The overall condition of the accommodation was far below what I would expect for the price charged. It was extremely disappointing and certainly not worth the money. 2. Extremely overpriced for the quality provided We booked three rooms, which meant a significant amount of money was spent on this stay. Unfortunately, the accommodation did not come close to meeting reasonable expectations. Guests should not have to pay premium prices for rooms that are poorly maintained and uncomfortable. 3. A three-hour nightmare just to get through the door The door access system was a complete disaster. The entry code failed with an error, and I was left waiting for approximately three hours just to get into the property. This is completely unacceptable. Guests should never be left stranded outside because of a faulty access system. The inconvenience, frustration, and wasted time were simply outrageous. The management needs to take full responsibility for this failure. 4. Constant noise throughout the night – impossible to sleep My room was located in what felt like a basement area, directly affected by noise from people walking up and down the stairs. I could hear footsteps throughout the night and was unable to get proper sleep. The noise was so disruptive that the room felt completely unsuitable for a comfortable night’s rest. Anyone staying on the floors above could also be affected by the constant noise. A place to stay should provide basic cleanliness, comfort, security, and a reasonable night’s sleep. Negative: This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. Positive: Location near to Earl's Court station and eateries in the neighborhood. Negative: The stairs leading to the lower ground apartment was littered with trash, there was an unsightly pile of broken furniture piled up in front of the apartment at road level. The apartment is very old and poorly maintained. The dining table had a broken leg, and it collapsed while we were using it! Electrical wires are messy. Both tower fans provided were clogged with dust, I had to clean one before using it. Shelf baskets in the wardrobe broken, off their hinges. Crockery ( plates, mugs) were insufficient, one cereal bowl was chipped. This apartment needs a serious upgrade.

Para salir del paso con buena ubicación Positive: La ubicación, la zona es buena y tranquila con supermercados, cafeterías y restaurantes el metro prácticamente al lado Negative: Nos dieron un apartamento en subsuelo y la entrada con escaleras no era cómoda y la luz y ventilación tampoco. En las fotos vi apartamentos mejores con mucha luz igual en plantan superiores.
